Shipping policy

We currently only ship to SA address but International will be added shortly - we ship using door-to-door-signed-for courier services. No postal service is available. 

 LOCAL DELIVERY  

You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped along with your tracking number. Delivery takes 1-4 working days and shipping will be added to your checkout.     .

Your door to door delivery will be R85 if you are in the Western Cape and R125 if you are anywhere else in South Africa. 

If you are in Cape Town and choose not to pay for delivery you may collect your order from out shop at 104 2nd Ave Harfield Village, Claremont.  We will phone you when you product is ready for collection. 

The Courier Guy do all of our South African deliveries.  Delivery takes 1-4 working days as a rule  Orders are delivered to your door and someone needs to sign for it so please give us a physical address that is attended during day time hours and be sure to include a reachable contact telephone number.

We are not yet shipping internationally.   International orders may be liable for a customs and duty charge on entry into your country  This is completely out of our control and is your liability. You will be contacted directly by the courier company should any fees be payable and your order will only be delivered once the fees are paid.
